Terms & Conditions of Adoption
A minimum $30.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a bunny. Until a deposit is placed, the bunny is not on hold and can be purchased by any buyer. Our bunnies come with a small bag of food and hay to help with the transition to their new home.
Baby bunnies will be ready to go to their new home at 8 weeks of age or once we see evidence that they are ready. Our baby bunnies can be put on hold from 4 weeks of age onwards. We will not release bunnies any earlier then 8 weeks of age, as it can be fatal to the bunnies overall health. When a bunny is put on hold we cannot fully guarantee that it will remain fit for sale, as sometimes nature overrides, however if this was the case, we would try our best to provide you with a similar bunny or give you a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse sale at anytime. We refuse to take back a rabbit after it has left Bunny Tales Rabbitry. We will not take the risk of having a rabbit that may have been exposed to a disease coming back into our rabbitry and infecting our rabbits. If you can no longer care for your rabbit please contact your local rabbit rehoming shelter.
We endeavor to be accurate with the gender of our bunnies, although it can be hard to tell for some at a young age we cannot guarantee that we will always be right.
You are more than welcome to view the bunny in person before deciding (Please keep in mind no rabbit will be held without a deposit) The parents are also available for viewing, so Contact us to arrange a time.
Any bunny held over the organized pick up date without prior arrangements for more then 1 week (7 days) will be put back up for adoption and can be purchased by any other buyer (your $30.00 deposit is non-refundable)
We would love to hear how your new bunny adapts to his or her new life with you and we encourage you to send us updates and photos by email.
